Delivery Guarantee - OnlineGearz

OnlineGearz aims to provide the best online shopping experience to our customers. We believe how important your orders are and that is the reason why we are providing a guarantee.

We have an internal Guarantee for our items:

1. You order(s) will have tracking information provided to our customers.

2. You order(s) will arrive within 45 days after it is shipped if there are no delays. Although there are rare circumstances like weather conditions or customs delays that we do not have any control.

3. We will be glad to issue a replacement/refund for your order if it arrives damaged.


Delivery Time

We do have warehouses located in several points globally. Most orders to the US arrives between 7-15 days. Orders that are shipped internationally may take a little longer to arrive as it needs to go through certain processes like customs inspections hence our 45 days delivery guarantee to cover such delays.

We stand by our 45 days delivery guarantee. If you don't receive your order after the time period, please feel free to contact us and we will be glad to issue a replacement or refund your order depending on what option you prefer.

Tracking information

We do our best to ship out orders at the soonest possible time as long as the item is ready. When there are multiple items in one order, as soon as one of the items are ready we will begin shipment from within our warehouses that have the item available and you will be provided with a tracking number for you to track each package. If your tracking number is not working, please feel free to contact us so that we can have one of our support care representatives to help you.

Damaged/Defective items

We do our best to ship our items in excellent condition. However, there are rare circumstances that this happens even if we do our best to avoid this kind of scenarios.

Please do contact us if your item is damaged. We may ask for a photo or video to help our support representatives provide ways to resolve the issue at the soonest possible time.

Response Time

Our support staff will provide support through email. We do not take orders on the phone as we protect our customer's security. We strive to answer all inquiries within 24 hours from the time of submission. If you feel your concern was not addressed, please feel free to send another email to and we will do our best to answer back.

Policy Abuse

We aim to always provide the best services to our customers. When a resolution is provided and it is found out later that the claim was fraudulent or abusive, we will take further steps to prosecute the responsible individuals under the full extent of the law. We, of course, do not want this to happen but we do not condone to such practices. It is our only intent to provide useful and awesome gears to our customers.
